Refreshed version of the Indica eV2.

Tata Motors has launched a refreshed version of the Indica eV2.

The refreshed Indica eV2 gets a few exterior styling tweaks like restyled headlamps and new grille that is similar to the one seen in the Indigo eCS, and a re-profiled front bumper. The top-end LX variant also sports alloy wheels and fog lamps.

The interiors of the refreshed Indica eV2 now come with a shadow beige shade.  The top-of-the-line LX variant comes equipped with a Bluetooth and USB enabled music system, wood finish centre console, power windows, tachometer, rear parcel shelf, 60:40 rear seating and keyless entry.

Technical tweaks include improvements in the gear ratios, starter motor protection and reduction in the weight of the car by around 10 kg. The Indica eV2 is available in two engine options - a 1.4-litre diesel and 1.2-litre MPFI petrol motor. Both the engines are compliant with BS4 emission norms.

The Tata Indica eV2 is available in three variants --Tata Indica eV2 LE (base variant), Tata Indica eV2 LS (mid-range variant) and Tata Indica eV2 LX (top-end variant). The range comes in two new colours -- Spicy Red and Sea Blue, in addition to Neo Orange, Jet Silver and Mint White.

Tata Motors has reduced prices of the Indica eV2 by Rs 23,000, the range is now priced from Rs 4,01,162 for the base variant going up to Rs 4,87,619 for the top-end variant (Ex-showroom, Delhi).

Besides, customers can also avail of Tata Motors Finance’s low down payment scheme of Rs 50,000 only (this includes road tax, registration and insurance).

Tata Motors also offers a warranty of 24 months or 75000 kms, whichever is earlier.
